This session of Mentoring Lite is for everyone. You are interested in the work, craving safe community, but feel like you can only handle a lite touch, some rails, reminders, a magical tarot reading, monthly to-do's, and access to Tandy and the community to bolster, nourish, grow, evolve, and empower, your practical and magical ways to keep your discerning, empathetic, equity craving witchy heart in a world on fire.

How Mentoring Lite Works
Tarot Reading
Each month you'll receive an offline 5 card tarot reading from me, Tandy. 1 card for the theme you'll be working with in that cycle, 1 card for next best steps towards your goal, 1 card for big steps towards your goal, assets to the situation, and the outcome all in reference towards your goal(s) & healing. You will receive a total of 4 tarot readings during Mentoring. The questions are pre-set, channeled from the goddess holding space in the session. Scroll down to see this session's questions.
To-Do's
Each cycle you will receive a channeled to-do list from your 5 card tarot reading. The to-do's are no more than 5 actionable tactics to get you to your goal(s)/healing. They may include - but are not limited to - unique mantras, journaling prompts, 30-min mat workouts and energy healings with Tandy (via UWS) invoking specific crystal energy, creating flexules (flexible schedules), meditation, mirror work, recommended reading, easy to source teas, or essential oils. They are accessible, day-to-day ritual and self care.
Voxer Group
Community is at the heart of this offer. Rather than make things heavy with monthly coven calls, we take a Lite approach with our coven in our pocket, daily, any time, whenever it works for you, regardless of your schedule or timezone. Voxer is a free downloadable app that allows voice messages, text, photos, and gifs. It is a safe space with parameters for participation, as a returning mentee you are familiar. You are not required to participate in the Voxer group, tho I highly encourages it. Voxer is not a social media platform, it's quieter and more intimate on purpose.
Journaling
Every cycle of Mentoring Lite includes a self check-in via journaling prompts. This self check-in offering is the same in every Mentoring program: Have done the things on your to-do list? What have you manifested? What's bringing joy or keeping you grounded? What are you resisting? Is anything brewing anger, rage, frustration, or sadness? Which set of emotions are most present in this cycle? This is just about taking inventory. Not judging, shaming, or summation.

Mentoring Lite connects you to the work, to your practices, to your magic, and to each other.
Mentoring Lite moves you forward, anchors your focus, takes you deeper, keeps you going, and has you living with like minded souls cultivating constructive transformation for themselves and their communities as well as keeping an open heart and constructive psyche in continually uncommon times.
Basically Mentees say "I don't want to life without it, I need this to keep me a constructive mind set."
Mentoring Lite will ask you to get on the mat & meditate with Tandy via Unicorn Wellness 4xs a week as a foundation for your capacity to focus, implement ritual, remove energetic blocks, be a true student and do things you are not a master of yet, and see how things that are seemingly unrelated (like Pilates and social change) support and feed our spirituality and magick for real results.
Utilize Tandy's 20+ years of experience as a coach, mentor and healer to grow in ways you never have before in a truly unique and magical way.
This is the only program of its kind. Tandy has been teaching self care & spiritual hygiene as an act of resistance and personal (re)volution for closer to 30 years, and holding space in Magical Mentoring for 7 years.

You do not need to have any prior experience or knowledge of the goddess or themes in order to flourish in Mentoring Lite. You simply need to be open and called to the work. This is truly a practical and magical process and open to all levels of seekers.
This is functional magick.
Mentoring Lite connects you to the practices, tools, and tactics that keep you in balanced practical & spiritual frequency.
Mentoring Lite cultivates your capability to pivot vs. stay stuck, respond vs. react, navigate with curiosity vs. judgement, tap out to rest vs. burnout, and trust what you already know vs. gaslight yourself, or allows others to.
You'll get monthly tarot readings, to-do lists, daily community & mentor connection (if you want it), and placement on my altar, under my guides and guardians protection for four months.
Our Community is Real
Magical Mentoring has had over one hundred souls enter in circle since 2019. We are humans in harmony that are scattered all over the globe, but that doesn't make us any less connected, or real.
Yes, it's always beautiful when we can gather in real life (and we do) but don't let the seeking of that discount the power of frequency and presence with those who are in imperfect practice, living life in its full spectrum of deep sorrow, great joy, relentless transitions, and necessary whimsy with YOU, in a digital setting.
We're real people, going through real things, doing real work in community with each other...for a total of 14 years (Unicorn Wellness Studio for 14 years, Magical Mentoring for 7 years). We're invested in real action in the world and the spiritual connections from which they birth and sustain from. You won't find spiritual bypassing here, no thoughts & prayers only...we take action and invite the miracles to protect and boost. We work the full spectrum of healing, humaning, and magick.
Refund & Payment Policy
Magical Mentoring is a limited engagement offering, therefore, it is non-refundable. Payments may be made in full or in installments and all participants are responsible for full payment of the full amount of the course whether they choose to complete the course or not. We are happy to discuss extended payment plans if this allows the work to be more accessible to your personal budget. We also offer four scholarships each group session. Do not let resources be the issues you don't explore this offer. Magic is real. There are options and support if this work is a fit. Don't count this opportunity out before you even explore.
